To access the trading app, select "Buy Crypto" on the dashboard, then select "Ago-Transak".
Then enter you phone number.
Now, enter your email address.
For your first purchase or withdrawal over $1 000, you'll have to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC).
If you've chosen to pay by credit card, complete your card information at this stage to validate the purchase.
Once the payment is confirmed, you should receive the crypto in your crypto wallet within a few minutes.
If you've chosen to pay by bank transfer, you'll see the information required to complete the transfer.
Make the bank transfer using the exact information as indicated. Important: Include the reference indicated on your screen.
Once the bank transfer is completed and received (usually within 1 to 3 working days), you should receive the crypto in your crypto wallet.
Select "Withdraw to FIAT", then select "Ago-Transak" as the provider.
Complete the sending address.
If you use MetaMask, click “MetaMask” to validate the transaction in your wallet.
If you use another wallet, click “Wallet Connect”.
Scan the QR code on the screen using your mobile phone scanner app (e.g. SafePal, TrustWallet, CoinBase Wallet, etc.).
Validate the transaction.
Complete your banking information to receive the Fiat funds.
Please note: The bank account must be in your name.
Send the exact amount as indicated to the reception address as indicated.
The transfer must be done from the sending address mentioned above.
If you use MetaMask, once you select MetaMask, it will automatically generate the transfer to the correct address with the correct amount.
Validate the transfer.
If you use another wallet (e.g. SafePal, TrustWallet, CoinBase Wallet, etc.), click “Wallet Connect”.
Scan the QR code on the screen using your mobile phone wallet application.
Validate the transfer.
Once the crypto is transferred, you should receive the Fiat funds in your bank account (usually within 1 to 5 business days).
